Gala Details

• Tuesday, November 19th. 5 - 9 PM

• Tickets Sold Out. Sorry, No Ticket Sales At The Door

• Location: Wild Game Party Room

• Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase

• Catered meal by Genesee Pub & BBQ. Brisket, Chicken, Pulled Pork, 3 Side Dishes, Sauces, and Condiments

• Adult Beverages at Happy Hour prices

• Desserts made by our own EPC Member ‘Chefs’. (A vote to be taken for the best one.)

• EChO Children’s Christmas Tree. Envelope “Decorations” with suggested donation to help meet children’s toy requests. Donors will “fill” the envelope with Cash/Check. This activity to be completed at the Gala.

• EChO staff will complete the Children’s Tree gift presentation showing the EChO as the donor.

• Silent Auction “Good Stuff”

• Prize Give-A-Ways from the Evergreen Pickleball Club
